Waynesboro, GA - Mr. William Edward Daniel "Bill", age 60, entered into rest Monday, April 10, 2017, at University Hospital. He was born on February 7, 1957, in Lawrenceville, VA to the late Willie Henry Daniel and Mary Lee Overton Daniel. Bill moved to Waynesboro in his teens and was a local contractor that was known to many as "Bill the Painter". In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Daniel.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Daniel; a son, William McCall Daniel and his mother, Sharon Lowe both of Waynesboro; three step-children, Stacy Findley, Russell Findley, and Kevin Findley all of Waynesboro; six step grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Benton and Debbie Tyson both of Portsmouth, VA; three sisters in law, Darlene Hunt, and Barbara Scadding both of Waynesboro, and Irene Farrar of Harlem; one brother in law, Lester Scadding of Waynesboro; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00pm Tuesday, April 18 in the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior.
