Augusta, GA - Wesley W. Oglesby, 65, entered into rest Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the Keysville Nursing Home.He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry "Basie" Oglesby and Ada Oglesby; three brothers, Willie Oglesby, Charles Oglesby, and Thomas Oglesby; and two sisters, Doris Widner and Ruby Moss.

He is survived by one brother, Raymond Oglesby of Sardis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, at the funeral home.

The funeral will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 1, 2011, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Girard, GA.Pastor Jerry Owens will officiate.Interment will follow in the church cemetery.Pallbearers will be Kevin Mobley, Tad Widner, Scott Widner, Kelly Pedigo, Jason Connor, and Taylor Johnson.Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Gay, Ricky Winter, and employees of Augusta Engine Parts.
