Troy Lamar Dixon
August 8, 1953 — December 3, 2015
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lamar and Nora Louise Dixon, his brother Roger Dale Dixon and his son, Aaron Lamar Dixon.
Surviving are, his daughters, Melissa Dixon and husband, Christopher Crowell of Roan Mt., TN, and Stephanie Smith and husband Tee of Cleveland, Ga.; his sisters, Sylvia Glisson and husband Henry of Girard, Martha Robinson of Martinez, Mary Ratliff of Augusta and Mamie Jo Davis of Sardis; his grandchildren, Tripp Smith and Bryan, Jorden and Bryson.
Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. Monday, December 7, 2015, at the Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Reverend Dan Bowen and the Reverend Ernest Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers will be Shane Davis, Bill Godbee, Warren Glisson, Mack Hillis, Troy Redd, Danuial Dixon, Joe Hammock, and Justin Flakes.In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Bethlehem Baptist Church Heater Fund.
