Toni Jean Carter, 72, entered into rest on Friday, May 7, 2021, at her residence. Toni was resident of Sacramento, California before moving to Waynesboro, where she has been a resident for the past 20 years. She was in management with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory-NASA and was a former Pit Boss in the Gaming industry.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis B. and Margie B. Carter.
Surviving are her daughter, Lisa McGlaun; her son, Allen Mullinex; her loving sister, Linda Watson; eight grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 nieces; 1 nephew; 2 great nieces; and 1 great nephew.
