Teresa Ann (Tidwell) Whitaker died June 25th, 2021, at her home in Lexington Indiana, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved only child of Mr. & Mrs. Ray H. Tidwell of Sardis Georgia. She was a fiercely devoted mother and grandmother and she will be held forever in the hearts of her family.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday July 24th at 11:00am at Dry Branch Baptist Church in Perkins Georgia.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Othelia Ann Tidwell; her husband, Mr. Richard Whitaker; her daughter Tiffaney; and two grandchildren, Sophia and Anthony.

She is preceded in death by her father, Mr. Ray H. Tidwell, whom was also laid to rest at Dry Branch Baptist Church.
