Shirley Lucille Frost Martin

Shirley Lucille Frost Martin, 81, entered into rest on Friday, September 13, 2024. She was born in Augusta on October 10, 1942, to the late Turner Frost and Edna L. Salmons. She lived in Augusta and Grovetown area until 2012 when she moved to live with her daughter, Bonnie, in Waynesboro. Shirley retired from the Kendall Company. She loved crafting, sewing, reading books, and being with her family, gathering everyone together for the Holidays. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Vernon Martin; a daughter, Deborah Crabb; a grandson, Grayson Beeland; and four siblings, William Frost, James Frost, Kenneth Frost, and Gloria Holly.

She is survived by three sons, Michael Martin, Robert Martin, and Christopher Martin; three daughters, Susan Simoneill (Michael), Cheryl Wilson, and Bonnie McNair (Bobby); 27 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Franklin Salmons; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00am Saturday, November 2 at West View Cemetery, 2051 Division St. Augusta GA with Pastor Dewain French officiating.
