Ryleigh Rose Winston

Our sweet and precious Ryleigh Rose Winston went to heaven to be with our Lord on May 9, 2023, at 4 years of age. Ryleigh was born in Augusta, Georgia on August 24, 2018, to parents, Aaron and Lauren Winston. Ryleigh was an active, happy, spunky, and witty little girl, who lit up a room with her spontaneous smile and endless energy. She attended Pre-K at Waynesboro Primary, where she grew by leaps and bounds! She loved playing with her sister, Kimmie, they were the best of friends. She loved kitties, rainbows, and unicorns. She presented herself as “Princess Ryleigh Rose Winston” and seen as such by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by, her grandmother, Cruz Espinoza; great grandfather, Mike Pantoja; and great grandmother, Raquel Pedraza, who all were surely waiting with anticipation and open arms at Heaven’s door.

Ryleigh is survived by her parents, Aaron and Lauren Winston; her sister, Kimberlynn Cruz Winston; her grandparents, Melvin and Maria Winston, and Jimmy and Melissa Seigler; aunts and uncles, Shelby Seigler (Drew Jordan) of Lexington, South Carolina, Jazmin Spence (Forrest) of South Bend, Indiana, John Winston (McKenzie) of Mishawaka, Indiana, and Sara Seigler of Augusta, Georgia; cousins, Matthew, Raegan and Olivia Seigler, Oakley Winston, and Isaiah Spence; great grandparents, Jimmy and Rosalee Seigler, John and Peggy Winston, Evie Soos, and Pascual Pedraza; and many great aunts, great uncles and too many great cousins to count.

The family welcomes visitors for a Celebration of Life Ceremony to honor our “Princess Ryleigh Rose Winston” on Monday, May 15th, 2023, at 4p.m in the chapel of DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home, 220 East 6th Street, Waynesboro, GA 30830.
