Remer "Man" Lane Brown, Jr., 60, entered into rest Monday, September 21, 2020 at his residence. He was born and raised in Millen and was a 1978 graduate of Jenkins County High School. He was a member of Deep Creek Freewill Baptist Church. Remer moved to Waynesboro and opened Brown's Meat Shop in 1987. In 2012, he became the proud owner of Brown's Quality Seafood. He always loved horses and eventually expanded his farm to include cows, ducks, and chickens. He loved his garden as well and took every opportunity to share the bounty of his harvest with others. His generosity was truly unmatched and his care for others will forever remain an inspiration to all who were lucky enough to have known him. Remer was a proud husband and father. He loved nothing more than spending quality time with his family and making them happy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie and Remer Brown, Sr.
