Patricia B. Lastinger, 82, died Friday, December 3, 2021, in San Antonio TX. She was born on March 18, 1938, in Augusta GA to the late Dr. Everett A. Bargeron and the late Virginia Bargeron Fulford. She graduated from Waynesboro High School and received her nursing degree from Daytona Beach Community College. Patricia worked at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL and later at University Hospital in Augusta, GA. She also worked at several other hospitals in her 30 year career as a nurse. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde (Bucky) Lastinger; and her daughter, Patty A. Trainor.

She is survived by her son, John E. Lastinger; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, December 16 in Magnolia Cemetery.
