Mildred A. Nevils, 85, entered into rest Sunday, January 3, 2021. She was a native and lifelong resident of Burke County. She was retired from Sardis Manufacturing and was a member of East Burke Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Nevils; and a son, Michael Nevils.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Nevils of Girard and Debra Nevils of Sardis; a sister, Elizabeth Elliott of Sardis; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00am Thursday, January 7 at Sardis Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Russell Wooten officiating. The family will receive friends following the service from 12:30pm-2:00pm at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Girard.
