Michelle A. Cline

Michelle A. Cline, 63, entered into rest Thursday, October 29, 2020.She was born in Chicago, IL and has been a longtime resident of Burke County. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was an avid lover and trainer of horses. Michelle, who had a green thumb, enjoyed gardening and landscaping. She loved to teach children. She was retired from Southern Company and was the first female licensed reactor operator that Plant Vogtle had. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Gervais; and her mother-in-law, Mary Cline.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Bert Cline; two sons, Dustin Cline (Amelia) of Atlanta and Drew Cline of Groton, CT; her mother, Pauline Chiles of Waynesboro; a brother, Tony Gervais of Spirit Lake, ID; and a sister-in-law, Lynn Cline of Amelia Island, FL.

Private services will be held.

Remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society or University Hospital or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
