Martha Kay Smith Rumph

Waynesboro, GA.- Mrs. Martha Kay Smith Rumph, 70, entered into rest early Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Brentwood Terrace Health Center in Waynesboro.
She was born in Atlanta, GA. on February 1, 1939. Mrs. Rumph was a homemaker who lived in Waynesboro for the past three years. She and her husband were members of Woodland Primitive Baptist Church, Woodland, GA.

She is survived by her husband, William Brooks Rumph, Sr., two sons, William Brooks Rumph, Jr. (Reed), of Sonoma, CA., and Benjamin Brandon Rumph (Sara), of Waynesboro, daughter, Tami Kay Rumph Buffa (August), of Orlando, FL., three grandsons, Caleb Rumph, Gabe Rumph, and John Robinson.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 10, 2009 at DeLoach Funeral Home, Waynesboro. Rev. Tom Bergman will be officiating.

Flowers are being accepted; however, the family suggests that memorials may be made to American Stroke Foundation, (www.AmericanStroke.org).
