Lorene Baxley
March 14, 1949 — December 13, 2013
She was a K-9 officer for the Waynesboro Police Department and later worked for Sunbelt Medical in Sardis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Lizzie Baxley.
Lorene is survived by two children, Donna Bragg (Tim Taylor), andRebecca Brown both of Waynesboro; two grandchildren, Nikki Taylor, and Chris Jones; and two great grandchildren, Makayla and Joscelyn Quick. She is also survived by a son, Leo Sanders, Jr. (Christina) of Sylvania; and three grandchildren, Leo Sanders III, Dontay Sanders, and Satin Sanders.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at DeLoach-McKerley Funeral Home on Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00pm.
