Waynesboro, GA - Linda J. Loren, 57, entered into rest at her home Monday, November 16, 2009.She was born on October 6, 1952 in Burke County to the late Tut Blount and Georgia Hill.She was a life-long resident of Waynesboro, and along with her husband, she was Owner/Operator of Loren Electric which started in 1978.She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Loren, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Raymond Loren, Sr.; three daughters, Tracy Tootle (Michael), Rhonda Loren (Robbie Tillman), and Joanie Loren, all of Waynesboro; a brother, Pete Blount (Nena) of Thomson; two sisters, Wren Flakes and Sandra Claxton, both of Waynesboro; five grandchildren, Alan Michael Tootle, Brannon Ashley Tootle, Caden Loren Tootle, Logan Allen Tillman, and Kaylee Elizabeth Tillman; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, at DeLoach-McKerley Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18, at Hopeful Baptist Church (Winter Road).Rev. Wayne Dixon will officiate.Interment will follow in the church cemetery.Pallbearers will be Steve Blount, Jr., Gary Flakes, Jr., Justin Flakes, Gary Flakes, Sr., Dennis Woods, Melvin Clayton, Raymond Edenfield, and Forrest Davis.The pallbearers are asked to assemble at the church by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.
