Linda Wall Alexander

Linda Wall Alexander, 83, entered into rest Thursday, January 25, 2024. She was born in Louisville, GA to the late Margaret and Chester Arthur Wall and has been a longtime resident of Waynesboro. She loved showing and breeding her Boston terriers, having people come from all over the world to buy dogs from her. Linda was member of the Boston Terrier Club of Atlanta and the National Boston Terrier Club of America and served as a judge for various dog shows. She was a Barrett School of Nursing Alumi and was a member of the Town and Country Women’s Club, where she loved to participate in the Tour of Homes. She enjoyed reading Joyce Meyer books and loved going to her beach house on Tybee Island. Linda was Miss Pal Theater. She loved her children, grandchildren, and all her friends in her various clubs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Jim Alexander; two brothers, Billy Wall and Lewis Wall; a sister, June Wall Jones; and a sister-in-law, Ann Bryant.

She is survived by three sons, Clay Alexander (Jennifer), Kary Alexander (Leigh), and Kyle Alexander all of Waynesboro; three granddaughters, Karleigh Alexander, Kellyn Alexander, and Jenna Grace Brantley; a sister-in-law, Rosalyn Martin of Louisville, GA; her Boston terrier, Betty; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 3:00pm Sunday, January 28 at the funeral home with Memorial Services following at 3:00pm. Rev. Steve Sirmons will officiate.

Remembrances may be made to the Greater Atlanta Boston Terrier Club.
