Kevin Barnes, 29, entered into rest Monday, January 11, 2021. He was a native of Augusta and had lived most of his life in Burke County. He was a 2010 graduate of Burke County High School. Kevin was currently an employee with Scotts Heating and Air. He was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing and riding ATVs.

He is survived by his wife, Sky Barnes; his mother, Renea Barnes (Junior Coleman) of Jefferson County; his father, Tony Barnes (Trish Copeland) of Jesup; a sister, Selina Hammock (Ben) of Girard; a brother, Wayne Barnes of Jefferson County; maternal grandmother, Mary Ann Ellenberg of Hephzibah; and a niece, Marley Holmes of Augusta.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm Friday, January 15 at the funeral home. Graveside Services will be 4:00pm Saturday, January 16 at the Davisboro City Cemetery, Davisboro, GA.

Remembrances may be made the Children's Hospital of Augusta.
