Juanita Mobley

Waynesboro, GA - Ms. Juanita Mobley, 81, entered into rest Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at her home.She was born in Burke County, GA on September 23, 1926 to the late Lewis and Sarah Mallard Mobley.She was founder, owner, and operator of Mobley's Cafeteria where she so diligently worked for over 50 years.Ms. Mobley will always be remembered as a woman who was devoted to her family and her work.She was preceded in death by her husband, Story Mobley.

Family members include her son, Danny Mobley; granddaughter, Jana Jaudn Mobley; great-grandson, Caleb Story Mobley; two brothers, Melvin Mobley (Sandra), and Joe Mobley, all of Waynesboro; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

The family will receive friends at the home of Ms. Mobley (528 South Liberty Street) from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2008, and also on Saturday, August 9, 2008, after lunch.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 9, 2008, at Burke Memorial Gardens with Rev. Wayne Dixon officiating.
