He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Susan J. Greiner; 2 sons, John Richard "Rick" Greiner, Jr. (Amy) of Hephzibah and Nicholas Brad "Nick" Greiner of Hephzibah; 2 granddaughters, Kayla Brianne Greiner and Jessie LeAnn Greiner; 2 sisters, Sandra Askew (Larry) of Waynesboro and Gail Easterlin (Greg) of Spartanburg, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6-8pm Sunday, March 16 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 2pm Monday, March 17 at the funeral home. Rev. H. Craig Hutto will officiate and will be assisted by Justin Beggs. Interment will follow at Burke Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Sammy Oglesby, Joel Adams, James Hollingsworth, Jay Hollingsworth, Sheriff Greg Coursey, Edward Neidlinger, and Charles Bennett. Honorary pallbearers will be all employees of the Burke County Sheriff's Department.
