Jimmy "Paw-Paw" Havard

June 9, 1945 — October 16, 2016

Hephzibah, GA - Mr. Jimmy "Paw-Paw" Havard passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016, at University Hospital. Mr. Havard was born in George County, Mississippi, was a resident of Clewiston, Florida before moving to Burke County in 1980. Mr. Havard was a retired boilermaker from CB&I and attended South Haven Baptist Church.

Surviving are, his wife, Linda Ann Havard, his children, James Havard and Becky and Tina Martin and husband Thomas all of Hephzibah; his brother, Elvis Franklin Havard and his sister Shirley Ruth Goff both of George County, Mississippi and his grandchildren, Jeremy Havard, Taylor Ann Martin, Morgan Havard and Tori Martin.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2016, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2016, at the South Haven Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Rochester officiating. A private entombment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Remembrances may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 3715 Northside Pkwy NW, Atlanta, GA 30327
