Jean Greiner Ramage

July 8, 1931 — April 21, 2010

Waynesboro, GA - Jean Greiner Ramage, 78, entered into rest Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at Brentwood Terrace Health Center.She worked at the Lake Restaurant for many years and was a member of Rosemont Heights Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Ramage, her parents, and two sisters.

She is survived by three children, Deryl Flakes (Jimmy), James Charles "Buck" Ramage, Julie Eve "Tina" Flakes, all of Waynesboro; five grandchildren, Jimmy "J. J." Flakes, Jr. (Tasha), Damon Flakes (Anita), both of Waynesboro, Tami Hope Barker of Hiram, GA, Lindsey Paige Ramage of Augusta, and Jason Flakes of Waynesboro; five great-grandchildren, Megan, Emily, Brittany, Millie, and Michael; brother, Joe Greiner, Jr. (Marsha) of Waynesboro; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Friday, April 23, at the funeral home.

The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 24, at Rosemont Heights Baptist Church.Rev. Keith Alderman will officiate.Interment will follow at Burke Memorial Gardens.Pallbearers will be Jimmy "J. J." Flakes, Jr., Damon Flakes, Jason Flakes, Russ Brantley, Lynn Chance, and Jerry Richardson.
