Waynesboro, GA - Jean-Claude Andre Vandenbulcke, 64, entered into rest on Thursday, October 15, 2009, at his home.He was born in France on May 1, 1945.He was the owner of a construction company.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy, of Waynesboro; son, Mike (Megan), anddaughters, Lisa and Jenny (Dusty), all of Waynesboro; four sisters, Michelle, Anne, Patricia, and Dominique; three brothers, Daniel, Alain, and Philippe; four grandchildren, Ryan, Aiden, Lucas, and Harper, all of Waynesboro; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date.
