James Alan Williams

July 11, 1950 — April 10, 2020

James Alan Williams, 69, entered into rest Friday, April 10, 2020. He was a native of North Carolina and longtime resident of Burke County. He was always very helpful and liked to joke around, making light of situations. James was a member of Miracle Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and talking to people on CB radios. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Williams; two sons, Brian Williams of Louisville, KY, and Danny Williams (Kathy) of Augusta; two brothers, John Williams (Cathy) of NC and Al Williams of SC; seven grandchildren, Steven Williams of Augusta, Kristina Broome (Jonathan) of Augusta, Bryanna Williams of Louisville, KY, Misty Styburski of Evans, Cadense Styburski of Waynesboro, Sam Styburski of MI, and Trevor Kappler of KY; and two great grandchildren.

Remembrances may be made to Miracle Baptist Church.
