James Weeks

Girard - James "Jimmy" Weeks, 64, of Girard passed away on February 3, 2009.He was born in Burke County, Georgia on January 6th, 1945. He was preceded in death by his parents; James T. Weeks Sr. and Estelle Perry; three Brothers; Aaron Weeks, Johnny Weeks, and Joe Weeks. Jimmy loved to hunt, fish, watch movies, listen to country western music, and he enjoyed reading.

He is survived by two sisters; Ruth Flakes, and Ruby Beasley of Girard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday February 5th, 2009 from 6:00 -8:00 at Deloach Funeral Home, Waynesboro,Ga.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday February 6th, 2009 at Corinth Christian Church at 3:00 P.M. with Reverend's Wayne Dixon and Maxwell Kennedy Officiating.

Active Pallbearers will be, Steve Bargeron, Stan Hillis, Thomas "BoJohn" Mitchell, Kenneth Perry, Jimmy Northcutt, David Burke, Franklin Freeman, and Bobby Hannah.
