Helen Chandler Kirchner

Helen Chandler Kirchner passed into the larger life on Monday, September 4, 2023. She was a lifelong member of Sardis Methodist Church. She enjoyed being outdoors working in her yard. She was a loving mother and Mema. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Lovic Pierce and Mamie Strange Chandler; her oldest daughter, Susan K. Johnston; and two grandsons, Glenn Bragg and Damion Bragg.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Chapman (Glenn) and Karen Jenkins; her son, Roy Kirchner; three granddaughters, Brooke J. Jenkins (Dean), Caitlin Chapman, and Sarah Chapman; and a great grandson, F. Kason Jenkins.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Thursday, September 7 at Sardis Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Sirmons and Rev. Sonny Moon officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at St. Marks Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Grady Dixon, Chip Dixon, Frankie Parker, Ryan Mobley, Roy Chandler, and Mike Chandler.
