Helen Gimlin Huntley was born in Pomeroy, WA on October 16, 1913 to Joseph Harvey Gimlin and Mary Bell McCurry Gimlin. After she graduated from Pomeroy High School, she married Dennis Halver Huntley. They were married on November 10, 1934. Their only daughter Nancy Lee Huntley Dixon was born on June 16, 1937. Helen was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, sewing, canning, crocheting and reading. She loved chocolate and always had to have "a little something to quit on" especially after meals. She entered in rest on Monday, May 6, 2013 at the age of 99.
Grandchildren: Rose Marie (Roger) Fuller, Dennis (Lynn) Dixon, Sarah Dixon, Nancy Jane (Curtis) Cain, Earlena Sue (Scott) Stanley, and Danuial (Mary Ann) Dixon.
Great Grandchildren: Halver, Emily, Spencer, Aimee, Devan, and Derrick Dixon, ShaDonna (Mike) Fuller, Matthew (Aaron) Howard, Olivia (Brad) Mobley, Joseph, John, and Paul Cain, Melinda, Kimberly, Ethan, and Rylie Dixon, Nathan, LeAnna, and Josiah Stanley.
Great Great Grandchildren: Mackenzie, Blake, and Jackson Howard.
