Sardis, GA - Grace B. Robinson, 77, entered into rest on Sunday, August 23, 2009.She was born in Girard on November 6, 1931 to the late Edwin and Sadie Ferrell Bargeron.She was a life-long resident of Burke County, a homemaker, an avid reader, and a member of Sardis Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy R. Robinson; daughters, Cherry Robinson Wells and Donna Ferrell Robinson; and son, Jimmy Jerome Robinson.

She is survived by two sisters, Pauline B. Weaver and Gloria B. Holley, both of Augusta; sister-in-law, Willie Frances Russell of Waynesboro; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Sardis Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, at Sardis Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Joyner officiating.Interment will follow at the church cemetery.Active pallbearers will be Martin Weaver, Philip Weaver, Mack Mobley, Grady Mobley, Michael Dixon, and Frankie Parker.Honorary pallbearers will be deacons and wives of Sardis Baptist Church:Brandon Mobley, Ryan Mobley, Evan Mobley, Monika Mobley, Jimmy and Joanne Dixon, Malona Dixon, Randy Dixon, and Marvin and Gloria Saxon.

Flowers are being accepted; however, the family suggests that memorials may be made to Sardis Baptist Church, P. O. Box 280, Sardis, GA30456.
