Gladys Hall Bolton Jenkins, 86, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, entered into rest Monday, November 13, 2017, at her residence. She was a native of Burke County and a longtime resident of Burke and Jenkins County. She was a former employee with Kellers Manufacturing in Waynesboro.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Washington D. "Bo" Bolton and her 2nd husband, Ernest Jenkins; her children, Artana Saxon, Washington Dean Bolton, Louise B. Smith, Mary F. Bell, and Buddy Bolton; her siblings, Jack Hall, Maggie Jenkins, Lillie Bell Bolton, Ernest Hall; and her grandchildren, Leiwonia Hall and Martha Bell.
Surviving are her daughter, Myrtle Bolton of Millen; her grandchildren, Rosanna Bolton of Waynesboro, Rebecca Lynn Bolton of Waynesboro, Joe Lee Bell of Millen, Angela Allen of Waynesboro, Will Bell of Abbeville, and Bryan Frison of Millen; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Bolton of Waynesboro, Brittany Oglesby of Millen, Maci Bell of Abbeville, Jason Bell of Millen, Dolstin Bell of Abbeville, Caleb Bell of Abbeville, Sara Bell of Millen, Jennifer Oglesby of Waynesboro, and Joseph Tyler Oglesby of Waynesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2017, in the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Tom Kalliokoski officiating with burial to follow in the Alexander Methodist Church Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers will be Jason Bell, Rosanna Bolton, Jeff Allen, Zeke Allen, Will Bell,
and Joe Bell.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Nephews.
