Waynesboro, GA - Mrs. Erma M. Griner, 83, entered into rest at her home in Waynesboro, GA on Saturday, June 27, 2009.She was born on August 9, 1925 in Jenkins, County, Ga. to the late Sol and Eva Landing Mock. She was a homemaker, who loved to collect porcelain birds, and loved to garden.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Lisa Downs, a brother William Mock, and three sisters Dorothy Bonner, Elma Clakely, and Wilma DeBlasio.

She is survived by one son, Jerry Griner of Waynesboro; a daughter, Linda Edenfield of Waynesboro; one brother, Sol Mock of Oxford, Ga.; two sisters, Hazel Dickey of Athens, Ga. and Betty Lewis of Jonesboro Ga; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one great great-grandchild.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Rosemont Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Wes Lawson and Rev. Earl Saxon officiating. Interment will follow at Burke Memorial Gardens.

Flowers are being accepted; however you may make memorial contributions to Rosemont Heights building fund. Rosemont Baptist Church, 710 Stone Ave. Waynesboro, Ga, 30830.
