Emily Robinson Oglesby

October 9, 1988 — August 1, 2021

Emily Robinson Oglesby, 32, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at her residence. Emily was born in Augusta and was a lifelong resident of Sardis. She graduated from Edmund Burke Academy in 2007 and was a member of the Sardis United Methodist Church. She and her husband Bobby were Foster Parents and she loved giving her foster children a mother's love and a Christian up bringing. Emily also was a home health and hospice certified nursing assistant.

She was preceded in by her parents, Mike and Donna Robinson.

Surviving are her husband, Bobby Oglesby of Sardis; her sister, Ginger Bridgers and husband Jay of Sylvania; her brother, Elliott Robinson and wife Rachael of Sardis; her grandmother, Betty Robinson of Sardis; her nephews, Jackson, Grant, Carter, and Tyler; her niece, Molly; her great nephews, JT Bridgers and Wade Bridgers; and her miniature Yorkie, Sophie Rose, whom she adored.

A Private Graveside Service will be held for her immediate family and a Celebration of Her Life will held at the Sardis United Methodist Church at a later date.
