Elsie E. Cochran

October 2, 1934 — June 18, 2018

Millen – Elsie E. Cochran, 83, loving wife of 48 years to John Cochran, passed away on Monday June 18, 2018 at her residence. Elsie was born on October 2, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA. to the late Gus and Emma Stebner Jabs. She and John moved to Georgia in the spring of 2011 from Ottsville, PA. She was a member of Ellis Chapel UMC. Elsie loved her family, especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she enjoyed baking and tending to her flowers.

In addition to her husband John, she is survived by; two daughters, Kathleen Dow (Charlie) of Chestertown, MD. and Jo Ann Willis of Florida; a son Skip Cochran (Chris) of Chestertown, MD.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
