Edmon Dalbert, Jr.

January 23, 1936 — March 13, 2018

Waynesboro-Mr. Edmon Dalbert, Jr., 82, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at Aiken Regional Medical Center. Mr. Dalbert was born in Hamlin, Texas and resided in Moreno Valley, California before moving to Burke County in 2004. He retired from American Protective Services, where he worked as a security guard. He spent three years in the U.S. Air Force and also worked as a photocopy repairman for the Xerox Corporation. He will always be remembered as a loving husband and a great father. Mr. Dalbert was a member of Botsford Baptist Church and the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Mrs. Clara Dalbert.

Surviving are his sons, Loren David Dalbert, Ian Eugene Dalbert, and Nigel Lawrence Dalbert all of Georgia; two brothers, Joseph Dalbert and Gerald Dalbert both of Sacramento, California; a sister, Jonetta Counts of Sacramento, California; six grandchildren, Ian Dalbert, Jr., Danika Dalbert, Kiara Kadar, Terrence Dalbert, Loren Kadar, Janae Dalbert; and one great grandchild, Christian Dalbert.
