Hephzibah, GA – Dorothy Watts Williams, 76, passed away August 15, 2014 at her residence. She was a longtime resident of Richmond County and was a daughter of the late James and Mary Watts. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Williams. She is survived by a son, Ronnie Watts of Hephzibah; two grandchildren, Rhonda Watts Carroll and Scott Watts both of Hephzibah; two great grandchildren, Daisy Watts and Jeff Carroll; three sisters, Marjory Tudor, Wilma Smith, and Mary Prescott; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, August 18 at Hephzibah Funeral Home. Funeral Service: 11:00 am Tuesday, August 19 at Hephzibah Funeral Home. Rev. Bucky Halford will officiate. Burial will follow at Hephzibah-Vance Cemetery.
