Donnie Blackstone Bolton

April 6, 1928 — September 7, 2013

Mrs. Donnie Blackstone Bolton, 85, of Gibson, entered into rest Saturday, September 7, 2013 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Bolton, and a daughter, Mary B. Jenkins. She was a homemaker and a former nursing assistant.

She is survived by a brother, Clifford Blackstone of San Antonio, TX; daughters, Pat Williford (Jerry) and Jane Bland (Ronnie Anderson) both of Gibson; grandsons, Shane Jenkins, C.J. Kobetitsch, and Chris Haynes; granddaughter, Susan Moyers; great grandchildren, Carleigh Palmer, Kaden Jenkins, and Zyliah Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind sister in laws, Mrytle Blackstone and Maria Blackstone; a host of "adopted" family members; and a special friend, Larry Mitts.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Tuesday, September 10 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, September 11 at the funeral home. Rev. Wes Lawson will officiate. Interment will follow at Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery.
