Dean McClellan Hall, 63, entered into rest Friday, February 12, 2021. She was born in Augusta to the late Frankie and Donald McClellan and has been a lifelong resident of Waynesboro. She was a very active member of First Presbyterian Church. Dean retired from the Department of Family and Children Services, where she was a case worker. She was an avid craft quilter.
She is survived by three children, Michael Penrow (Tammy) of Springhill, KS, Brian Penrow of Augusta, and Amanda Hendley of Waynesboro; two grandchildren, Kaylee McBride and Kason Hendley; two sisters, Diane Quick of Waynesboro and Donna LaRoche (Frank) of Brunswick; one brother, Don McClellan (Michele) of Mississippi; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, February 17 on the lawn of First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Logan Almy and Rev. Jim Knight officiating. The funeral services will be held outside so please dress accordingly.Burial is private.
Due to this COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed.
