Dale B. DeLaigle, 64, entered into rest Monday, June 18, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of Burke County. She was a graduate of Waynesboro High School Class of 1972 and a graduate of Augusta Technical College. She retired from Burke County Department of Family and Children Services with over 25 years of service. Dale was a member of UDC and Botsford Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Raymond "Nick" DeLaigle of Waynesboro; two daughters, April DeLaigle Campbell (Rodney K.) and Brooke DeLaigle Duncan (Jamie) both of Waynesboro; a son, Raymond Nicholas DeLaigle III (Dawn Daisy) of Waynesboro; four sisters, Jamie Wesley (Ernie) of IL, Kathryn Cannon (Roy Bell) of Waynesboro, Polly Daily (Johnny) of Millen, and Paula Adams (David) of Millen; a brother, James "Bubba" Black (Wanda) of Millen; five grandchildren, Madeline Duncan, Mason Duncan, River Campbell, Madison Grace Meadows, and Raymond "Buck" DeLaigle IV; a special cousin, Sybil Johnson of Twin City; a special niece, Tracey Ouzts (Brian); and a special great niece, Shelby Ouzts.
Memorial Services will be 12:00pm Thursday, June 21 in the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Coursey and Bill Tinley officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until service time.
Remembrances may be made to Botsford Baptist Church.
