Clifford Palmer Banks, Jr., 52, entered into rest Tuesday, October 22, 2019. He was a native and lifelong resident of Burke County. He was a member of South Haven Baptist Church and was the owner/operator of Banks Home Repair.
He is survived by his wife, Viola Banks of Hephzibah; three sons, Joshua Bales (Dorothy) of Hephzibah, Clifford J. Banks (Kandice) of Augusta and Michael Ligon; a daughter, Christina Egan; his mother, Brenda Banks of Hephzibah; a brother, James Banks (Tammy) of Hephzibah; a sister, Kristy Dozier of Waynesboro; five grandchildren, Robert Banks, Jackson Banks, Landon Micots, Noah Arthurs, and Savannah Pinson; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be 3:00pm Friday, October 25 in the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Rochester officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
