Clayton Delaigle

April 15, 1929 — August 16, 2009

Waynesboro, GA.- Mr. Clayton DeLaigle, 80, husband of Betty Coleman DeLaigle for over 59 years, entered into rest Sunday, August 16, 2009. Clayton was born in Lyons, GA. in 1929 and lived most of his life in Waynesboro.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Clayton Daniel DeLaigle (Darlene), daughters, Diane Wilson (Leonard), and Sherry Wilson (Donald). He has one surviving sibling, Mamie Jo Parker (Mickey). He has 7 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.

Clayton was preceded in death by his parents, Louie and Nancy Quick DeLaigle of Waynesboro, brother Russell, and sister Charlene.

The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Monday, August 17th at the funeral home. The funeral service will be at 11am, Tuesday, August 18th at the funeral home. Rev. Wayne Dixon will officiate. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
