Billy Earl Oglesby
March 4, 1937 — May 27, 2017
Surviving are, his loving wife, Sue Martin Oglesby, daughter, Sandy Oglesby Margolius, son-in-law Andrew Margolius, grandsons, Sloane and Paxton Margolius of Kennesaw, Georgia; sister, Charlotte (Gene) Walsh of Sacramento, California, brother, Jack Oglesby of Mobile, Alabama and the many other family and friends whose lives Billy influenced and touched.
Visitation will be Monday, May 29, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in the DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Chapel with the Reverend Jerry Sharpe officiating.
Burial will follow in the Burke Memorial Gardens.
If desired, friends may make a memorial contribution to Greens Cut United Methodist Church, 223 Greens Cut Rd, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830.
Active Pallbearers will be Evans Martin, Jerry Martin, Chris Martin, Lawton Hickman, Matthew Price, Mark Price and Clay Anderson.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Usher, Bill Babb, Ray Saxton, Chris Kauneman, Woody Hayes, Rick Salemi, Joe Jones, Jimmy Allen, Danny Quick, Fred Mims and Jones Gresham.
