Betty Hawley Hulse
September 21, 1935 — April 6, 2016
Born in Keokuk, Iowa on September 21, 1935 she was a daughter of the late Douglas and Leona McIlmoil Hawley. On July 3, 1953 she married Robert Hulse and they made their home in Columbus, Indiana. Since 2002 they have been residents of Vidette, GA. Betty was a homemaker and loved her family and flowers.
She is survived by her loving husband Robert Hulse; six children, Robin, Deborah, Robert, Douglas, Vera, and Vicki; ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; two sisters, Naomi and Helen; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday April 11, 2016 at DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home. A Graveside service will follow at 1:00 pm at Rose Dhu Cemetery in Vidette, GA. Reverend Steve Sirmons will officiate.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association (1-800-342-2383).
