Augusta, GA. - BeLea Lynnette Lively Davidson, 39, of Augusta, GA. went to be with Jesus Tuesday, May 31, 2011. BeLea was preceded in death by her father, the Rev. Yonce T. Lively, grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. James T. Lively and Mr. And Mrs. Morris V. Glisson. She is survived by her husband, George Davidson, her mother Mrs. Alice Deal (Travis), step brother Anthony Travis Deal and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. BeLea was blessed with three mother's and an extra set of grandparents; Alice G. Deal was her mama. She considered Sherry L. Brinson her "2nd mama". At 24, she reconnected with her biological mother, Breeda O'Mahoney and met her two half sisters, Carrie and Grace Goodale. Her "grandparents" were Grandaddy Q.U. (Lively)and Grandma Katy (Lively). She was blessed to have many people in her life who loved her and contributed to her growing up. BeLea served as pianist for many years at East Burke Baptist Church where her daddy was the minister. She was an animal rights advocate and had rescued many cats and dogs in her short life.Visitation will be held at DeLoach-McKerley Funeral home in Waynesboro, GA on Friday evening, June 3, from 6-8 pm. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 2pm at Botsford Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Oliver Lively, Tim Lively, Urbane Lively, Don Lively, Bill Lively and Art Lively.
