Althea Daniels, 91, entered into rest Sunday, October 10, 2021. She was a native of Unadilla, GA and has been a longtime resident of Burke County. She graduated from Georgia Teacher's College and taught at Waynesboro Elementary School. Althea was an avid gardener for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Willie Hugh Ragan; her husband, Bill Daniels; and a daughter, Deborah Daniels.

She is survived by two daughters, Deidre Daniels of Waynesboro and Deanna Perry (Keith) of Martinez; and a granddaughter, Danielle Vaughn (Derek) of Blythe.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, October 13 at Burke Memorial Gardens with Rev. Daniel Trout officiating.
