Alice Greey Mann

On the morning of May 04, 2022, Alice Greey Mann of Waynesboro, GA died at the age of 99. Alice was born to Lillian and George Dawes Greey in 1923, in Glenn Ridge, NJ. She graduated from The Kimberly School and Smith College. Alice was a member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Campbell Mann, Jr.; and a son, Alfred Campbell Mann III.

She is survived by two children, Christopher Greey Mann (Carol) of Waynesboro and Elizabeth Mann Davidson of Griffin; a daughter-in-law, Jeanette S. Mann of Alpharetta; six grandchildren, Christopher Greey Mann Jr. (Cynthia), Melissa Mann Juchatz (Brad), Ronald L. Davidson, Jr. (Kathryn), Diana D. Pearson (Tony), Alfred Campbell Mann IV (Sarah), and Charles Sheppard Mann (Janet); and 13 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the home of Carol and Chris Mann Thursday, May 5, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and Sunday, May 8, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

Memorial Services will be held 11:30am Monday, May 9 at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Michael’s Episcopal Church or Wimberly House Ministries.
